Those both look terrible, definitely sounds like a scam regardless of a legit website. Seems pretty legit from the BBB rating but they can be paid off. But there website quality alone would have me questioning how well the product actually works.
They're security but not good ones. I can't confirm if any of the viruses I've found after removing those products where from something else or from them. Either way I remove either product on site and install something useful like avast!
I am going to try to persuade them to not use it. I would like to use avast. Worst thing is, the customer paid for it and now they want to to get their moneys worth out of it. But I am still going to try to persuade them to not use this software.
