Chariot mail setup

Unfortunately, options for this app are not available for a regular user. I'm trying to add a mail account to the windows 10 mail app. When I try to add my outlook account a pop up shows that its creating account with little dots following and then I get a popup saying that something went wrong and I get the error code 0x I also tried to add a yahoo account and it prompted me to login to the account and then once i completed answering everything I got the same error of something went wrong and error code 0x I ran the troubleshooter for the mail app and nothing changed.
