I started this Plan it really works, I have lost 15 lbs in just one week with out working out!!! This was truely a blessin because i have about a lbs to lose. What is the program? If some people cant afford the kit then maybe they can replicate it at home if someone can outline the following: What foods are included and excluded? Are there times you are supposed to eat and not eat?
